Rather, as a therapist, I support and guide you as you explore and utilise your own mental and emotional strengths to achieve your goals.


Hypnotherapy for Skiers
As a ski teaching professional of over 20 years I have spent many hours helping skiers to overcome fears or a loss of confidence on the slopes. Combining this knowledge with the skills of a hypnotherapist means that I can help people manage their emotions and move towards achieving more from their skiing than they thought was possible.
Psychotherapy
I am trained in a range of psychotherapy approaches which can help you identify and change unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The approach or combination of approaches are specific to your individual needs. These include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis. Used alongside Hypnotherapy this can be a long-lasting and life-changing experience.
